48cm (18.80 inch) long x 4cm (1.75 inch) across of 1.5 mm thick Medical Grade Silicone Sheeting. This is reusable which I highly recommend because the best sheeting is pricey and works well if cleaned correctly. Cleaning I recommend a product similar to Creamy Cleansers such as Cetaphil. After cleaning let dry for an hour and reapply when the adhesive or stickiness becomes sticky again after drying. Learning to take care of reusable sheeting will save you money in the long run and allow you to use a higher grade of silicone sheets. Better long-term results, environmentally friendly, and cost effective. The cheap throw aways don't work.
